PAYMENT AND ORDERS

 

  • How do I contact Customer Services?

  • What payment methods can I use online?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Maestro online. We also Accept Shopify and PayPal payments.

  • When will you take my payment?

We request payments within 24 hours of your order being placed and received.

  • When can I expect to receive my order?

  • How can I track my order?

Once your order is confirmed and dispatched you will be sent a shipping confirmation email with your carrier information and tracking number with which you can track the status of your order online.

  • Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, due to the speed of Shipment, we are unable to cancel orders after they have been placed. Visit Exchange & Returns Page for information on how to request an exchange or refund.

  • I haven't received my confirmation email.

You should receive an order confirmation email within 60 minutes of placing your order.
If you do not receive this email it may have been caught by your SPAM filter, or there might have been a typing mistake when you entered the email address. 
If a confirmation email has not been received within 24 hours, please contact our Customer Services Team.

 

DELIVERY AND RETURNS

 

  • How will you deliver my order?

We use several reputable and reliable courier services such as DHL, FedEx and Royal Mail. This information will be available in the dispatch confirmation email once the product has been dispatched.

  • What is your method of delivery and will my order need to be signed for?

  • How much does delivery cost?

The delivery cost is dependent on the destination please visit our Payment and delivery page.

  • How can I reschedule the courier for my delivery?

You will need to contact the courier directly for any information regarding the rescheduling of the delivery, this information will be available in the dispatch confirmation email once the product has been dispatched.

  • What is your returns policy?

Original Price Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt for a refund or 30 days for an exchange.  

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

  • How quickly will my card be refunded?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days after processing the refund.

  • Will my order be gift wrapped and can I add a gift message?

All our pieces come wrapped and packed in our EZZOTI signature packaging.

  • Will there be Customs and Duties charges?

On very rare occasions extra charges may be requested from you at the time of import by customs or by courier at the time of delivery. Please note that customs and duties charges are not included in the price and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

 

PRODUCT CARE

 

  • How do I care for my EZZOTI leather products?

Your EZZOTI leather bags and accessories will require little care. Most of our pieces have been coated with a gentle protection cream however, it is important that you follow the guidelines below.

Remove dirt build-up by wiping down your bag or leather accessories using soft dry cloth. 
  
Where possible avoid taking your handbag out in wet weather and avoid direct contact with water.

Do not store near heat as this could dry out the leather. The leather is a natural material and with use, your leather products will develop some marks, scratches and can become darker in colour. Don't try and avoid this as it will gradually wear in the leather and will add to the bag’s uniqueness.


Care should also be taken to avoid colour transfer from dark clothing onto light leathers and also from dark leathers onto light coloured clothing.
